2. Have experience working in Japan at least 1-2 years

Job Description :
- Works with Business Development Head to identify appropriate target list in line with business acquisition goals.
- Works with Business Development to set and achieve personal targets, which will lead to the achievement of business goals.
- Leads the business development cycle and coordinates the participation of ideal resources from Marketing,
- Sales, Production, and IT to drive the business development cycle to close with targeted prospects, and also any other function support.
- Constantly up-to-date and performs regular reporting as required by management
- Follows-up on all leads, developing ongoing relationships
- Translator for Japanese - Indonesian communication
