Yoo Jae Seok berkuliah di Seoul Institute of The Arts (Department of Broadcasting Entertainment).

Pada 2008, ia menikah dengan Na Kyung Eun saat ia dan istrinya menjadi MC di Infinite Challenge.

Dari pernikahannya, ia memiliki dua orang anak.

Anak laki-lakinya bernama Yoo Ji-ho, dan anak perempuannya bernama Yoon Na Eun.  

Yoo Jae Seok saat ini dalam naungan FNC Entertainment.
