Ham Sung Min debut menjadi aktor sejak tahun 2008.
Dia mengawali kariernya dengan membintangi film The ESP Couple (2008).
Setelah itu, ia muncul dalam sejumlah film di antaranya South Bound (2013), The Piper (2015), dan Sunkist Family (2019).
Ia juga menjajaki dunia serial drama. Drama pertama yang dibintangi Sung Min adalah Unkind Woman (2015).
Setelah itu, ia membintangi Save the Family (2015), Memory (2016), Tunnel (2017), Sweet Revenge (2017), lalu terakhir All of Us Are Dead (2022).
