Ia lahir pada 25 Desember 1964 di Daegu, Korea Selatan.

Pria berzodiak Capricorn ini, memiliki tinggi 177 cm dan berat 66 kg.

Aktor Ahn Nae Sang merupakan lulusan Yonsei University jurusan Teologi.

Aktor Ahn Nae Sang memulai kariernya di panggung teater, dan pada tahun 1994 memulai debut film dalam film pendek Bong Joon-ho Baeksekin, diikuti film Jang Sun-woo berjudul Bad Movie pada tahun 1997

Ia kemudian tampil dalam berbagai genre drama dan film Korea.

Beberapa judul film yang diperankannya yaitu "Forbidden Quest" (2006), "Someone Behind You" (2007), "Tumbleweed" (2013), "The Pirates" (2014), "Detective K: Secret of the Living Dead" (2018), "The Soup" (2018), "Killed My Wife" (2019), dan masih banyak lagi.
