Karier
Yoon Eun Hye mengawali debutnya sebagai anggota girlband Baby Fox pada tahun 1999 silam.
Kemudian, ia meniti kariernya di bidang seni peran dengan membintangi drama berjudul Princess Hours.
Berkat kesuksesannya di drama tersebut, Yoon Eun Hye memutuskan untuk meninggalkan kariernya sebagai penyanyi.

Kontroversi
Aktris Korea Selatan, Yoon Eun Hye, membuat permintaan maaf sekali lagi mengenai kontroversi plagiarismenya pada masa lalu dalam konferensi pers drama terbarunya Love Alert, Rabu (31/10/2018).
Pada 2015, Yoon Eun Hye mendapatkan penghargaan dari fashion TV China dalam program "Goddess' Fashion" untuk desain pakaian yang dia buat dengan seorang penata gaya.
Namun, ia kemudian dituduh melakukan plagiarisme karena mantelnya mirip dengan desain perancang Korea, Yoon Choon Ho. (2)
