Album berjudul Manic, rencananya akan dirilis pada 17 Januari 2020.
Sebelum perilisan, Halsey lebih dulu mengeluarkan dua buah lagu dari 16 lagu yang ada di album Manic.
Lagu pertama yang dirilis adalah SUGA Interlude.
Lagu ini merupakan kolaborasi antara Halsey dengan Suga BTS
Sebelumnya Halsey telah mengumumkan bahwa kolaborasinya dengan Suga, berjudul SUGA Interlude, akan keluar pada 6 Desember sebagai satu dari dua lagu di albumnya Manic yang akan ia rilis pertama.

SUGA Interlude merupakan lagu ke 13 yang ada di album Manic milik Halsey.
Kemudian ada lagu Finally // Beautiful Stranger yang merupakan lagu ke 10 di album tersebut.
Dalam video klip lagu ini, Halsey nampak memainkan gitarnya.
