FILM - Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

TRIBUNNEWSWIKI.COM - 'Guardians of the Galaxy 2' merupakan lanjutan dari kisah Peter Quill dan teman-temannya di 'Guardians of the Galaxy' yang pertama.

Film ini berfokus pada konflik yang terjadi pada Peter Quill.

Sekuel besutan James Gunn ini lebih menyajikan drama keluarga yang lebih mendalam dan emosional dibanding film pertamanya.

'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2' dimulai dengan baterai milik kerajaan di planet Sovereign yang dicuri oleh para monster.

Lalu Ayesha, pemimpin planet Sovereign meminta bantuan Star-Lord dan kawan-kawannya untk menemukan baterai yang hilang ini.

Sebagai imbalannya, Guardians of the Galaxy akan mendapatkan Nebula, anak buah Ronan yang menjadi tahanan planet ini.

Setelah misi selesai, Rocket Racoon justru diam-diam mengambil beberapa baterai milik Sovereign.

Anggota Guardians of the Galaxy pun akhirnya diburu oleh pasukan Ayesha.

Pertempuran antara Guardians of the Galaxy dan Ayesha mengantarkan Peter Quill bertemu dengan ayah kandungnya, Ego.

Ego mengungkapkan siapa diri Quill sebenarnya, yang sebelumnya tidak diketahui oleh Quill bahwa ternyata Peter Quill tidak berasal dari bumi.

Anggota Guardians of the Galaxy lainnya, Gamora, Drax, Rocket Racoon, dan Groot turut membantu Quill untuk mengetahui maksud Ego sebenarnya.

Selain itu, kali ini Peter Quill harus kembali berurusan dengan Yondu. (1)
