Menikah dengan aktris Lindsay Collins, Barclay Hope memiliki tiga orang anak.

Pada tahun 2019, Barclay Hope bermain dalam drama seri televisi berjudul Upload (2019) sebagai Oliver Kannerman selama 4 episode.
